- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, Ma on behalf of the United States Army Soldier Systems Center, natick, Ma intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis wit h Tempra Technologies Inc, 6140 15th Street East, Bradenton, Fl 34203. This order is for a 2000 Chemical7, Tempra Sealed Ration Heaters Potassium Permanganate and Glycerin Self Contained, Non Hydrogen Producing. Tempra Technology holds patents on the spe cific technology involving potassium permanganate and glycerin. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available. See Note 22 which reduces the response time to 7 days.
