SUMMARY OF CHANGES SECTION SF 30 - BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE The following have been added by full text: AMENDMENT 0003 1. Measure of CLMs received in a normal month: Looking at the last 3 months of 2006 and measured the number of cars, loaded and empty by calendar month: December  3,531 November  4,310 October  5,392 The average of the 3 months is 4,411. Taking an average of 25 CLMs per movement would provide an average of 110,275 CLMs per month. The question about the range of CLMs received in a normal month, using the high and low above, would reflect a range that falls between 88,275 CLMs and 134,800 CLMSs per month(taking the high and low CLM numbers above on the 3 months X 25). 2. Total Number of historical records in the database. This information is requested for the inquiry on transit time and historical utilization report. SDDC estimates that there are approximately 4,000,000 records in the data base. 3. How many records can be provided with clarifying information as to whether the records are for one or more of the following factors affecting transit time (from 4.4.3.8): high/wide or normal clearances, unit train or manifest service, by day of week, by season, and by railroad. SDDC experience is that less than half of the CLMs are contained in this information. It is difficult for the agency to provide an accurate estimate of how many shipments are affected.
