Description

The United States Military Academy at West Point, NY is seeking feedback from contractors who may be interested in the operation of the recycling activity at the USMA Transfer Station. This would only involve the daily operation of the recycling acti vity. This activity would include sorting of plastics, metal, glass and paper products and fiber shredding operations. The USMA is interested in finding qualified Small Business, 8(a) certified companies, HUB ZONE and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small B usiness companies under NAICS CODE 562920 with a size standard of 11.5 Million dollars. This would most likely be a base plus four year contract. The outcome of this sources sought notice will have significant impact upon contracting decisions being made t o determine the viability of establishing a contract for recycling. This is not a promise of new work.
