Place of delivery shall be 1 SOMDG, 113 Lielmanis Ave, Hurlburt Field FL 32544. The Government believes that Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Inc. is the only known source that has the proprietary information and design expertise to provide this service. Anticipated award is 28 February 2007. This notice is NOT a request for quotes. Capability statements must include documented ability to satisfy the Government?s requirements.
