- This is an Intent to Sole Source to Baxter Healthcare Corporation, One Baxter Parkway, Deerfield, IL 60015 Home Dialysis Supplies. The contractor shall provide the Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN with Home Dialysis products in accordance with the requirements of the contract. Items shall be delivered to the Medical Center. Items offered are to be brand name or "equal". Items must be compatible with the Century System 3 kidney machine and the next generation of Cobe Century Kidney Machine.
