- Request for Quotation (RFQ) - Responses to this RFQ is due date no later than February 23, 2007 at 5:00 pm EST. Description THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO THE PREVIOUS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. This amendment provides further clarification of instructions to respond to this request for quotations. Question 1: Will the vendor be required to supply or items or equipment for this service? Answer: The government will be supplying the equipment required for the contractor to present his/her material. Whatever equipment the contractor needs to prepare on PowerPoint or other presentation format should be developed on his/her personal equipment and will not be contacted to the government infrastructure. The presentations will be loaded by the audio/visual technician onto a government computer (after virus checking) and then uploaded to our AV equipment in the room where the course will be held.
