- Update 5, The analysis of information presented in response to the RFI for Army Training and Doctrine Development Configuration/Training and Doctrine Development Tool (TDDC/TDDT) is complete. The Government reasonably expects to proceed with an acquisition for a solution to this requirement. This update serves as advanced notice that the potential acquisition will be solicited under Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) Omnibus Contract (STOC). No RFP exists at this time. Continue to monitor the PEO STRI webpage, http://www.peostri.army.mil/, for all future communication pertaining to this potential acquisition. Internet instructions: Type in the aforementioned web address. From the PEO STRI main page, select Business Opportunities from the left hand menu bar. On the Business Opportunities page, select STOC Solicitations which is located in the middle of the page. The next webpage that is displayed will be a combined PEO STRI and NAVAIR Orlando TSD acquisition posting page. Ensure that PEO STRI STOC is displayed for the command in the menu bar in the middle of the page. For entry types, select all to ensure you see all listings. On this page select the Army Training and Doctrine Development Tool/ Training Doctrine Development Configuration (TDDT/TDDC) of ATIA. STOC permits flexible teaming arrangements enabling the Soldier to receive the best products and services that industry has to offer. Currently, there are 33 prime contractors under the STOC vehicle. To facilitate teaming arrangements, the Industry Conference Attendee List as well as points of contact list for the STOC contracts is posted under the TDDT/TDDC announcement on the PEO STRI business opportunity webpage.
