- Update 3 ? This update extends the due date of the RFI?s to 5 October 2006. Delivery must occur prior to 3:30 pm EST via email to: gloria.bailey1@us.army.mil. This update also provides the System Subsystem Specification and the Software Requirements Specification via posting to the PEO STRI website. The Question and Answers (Q&A) from the conference and the one-on-one sessions will be posted as soon as they are completed. The source code and API?s requested are not available for posting at this time. The enclosures referenced in this document as well as other applicable documentation can be found on the PEO STRI website at: http://www.peostri.army.mil. From the left hand menu bar, select Business Opportunities. From the Business Opportunities page, select PEO STRI Solicitations link in the middle of the page. The PEO STRI solicitation page is a combined Army/Navy site for posting of requirements and other pertinent information. On this page, select TDDC/TDDT of ATIA. This page will contain all information and enclosures necessary for respondents to prepare the RFI response.
