- Description
- This is a 100% competitive 8(a) set aside. The NAIC is 541513. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Washington DC and Landover MD has a requirement for the following commercial item (FAR Part 12) facility services: Technical Assistance Center (IT specialists providing IT help telephonically to nation-wide OCC customers), Resident Technical Support (IT specialists providing IT help telephonically and desk side in three DC locations and two remote sites); special QA services tracking remedy tickets; assistance in development and maintenance of a knowledge database; and IT inventory. The resulting contract will be firm fixed price performance based with Acceptable Quality Levels below which deductions are made. The contract will be from 1 April 2007 through 30 September 2007, with four one-year options and three potential award terms (if the contractor performs in an outstanding manner). The requirement will be evaluated on a best value basis considering approach, past performance, key personnel , transition plan and price. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOps in approximately one week. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (31-OCT-2006).
