- Notice of Intent: Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Federal Investigative Services Division (FISD) intends to renew sole-source agreement to obtain for recurring telecommunication land line services for the FISD Southern, Northern, and Western Region field offices: (Southern Region) Gulf Breeze, FL; Hollywood, FL, Orlando, FL, Smyrna, GA, Clarksville, TN, Daytona Beach, Fl, Mayport, FL, Moody AFB, GA, and Ft Jackson: (Northern Region) Urbana, IL ,McConnell AFB, KS, Bloomsdale, MO, and Eau Claire ,WI: (Western Region) OPM/FISD, Tucson, AZ, & USF Defense Security Service, Long Beach ,CA. There will be no solicitation available. You may e-mail questions regarding this notice to the FISD-OPM , Business Support Branch at brian.clary@opm.gov. OPM deems it appropriate to award a fixed-price agreement on other than a full and open competitive basis. Bell South and Southwest Bell are the available responsible sources and no other source will satisfy the needs of the Agency. The North American Standard Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for action is 517110 ? Wired Telecommunications Carriers and the small business size standard is 1500 Employees. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS, AN INVITATION FOR BIDS, OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS.
