The scope of work consists, but is not strictly limited to providing all labor, material, equipment and supervision as necessary. The work includes but is not limited to: selective demolition of existing walls, removal of existing suspended ceiling, removal of existing carpet and padding, relocation of existing electrical, telephone, cable and other data lines, removal and disposal of such cuts of walls, bookshelves, suspended ceiling and carpeting, and installation of new suspended ceiling, restoration of trimmings within the renovated space, installation of the new carpet, and arrangement of new electrical wires, telephone lines, cable and other data lines with a new wire mold. Completion time for this project is sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The procurement is Set-Aside for Small Business. Offers are solicited from small business concerns only. The North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of average annual gross revenue of the concern in the amount of $13.0 million for the last three (3) fiscal years. It is a negotiated procurement and there will be no public bid opening. The solicitation will be available on or about February 5, 2007. The solicitation can only be obtained by accessing to a secure website know as the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS). This is a secure website designed to safeguard sensitive but unclassified (SBU) acquisition information. In order to obtain information from FedTeDS, you will first be required to register with Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database. Once you register with CCR you will be required to register with FedTeDS. You may access CCR at the following URL: www.bpn.gov. No federal materials can be downloaded until you have registered under both sites. You may access FedTeDS via the following URL: www.FedTeDS.gov. At a minimum, vendors must supply the following information: copy of the firm?s CCR, Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN) (you can obtain this number from your firm?s CCR Point of Contact), firm?s DUNS Number or CAGE code (contact Duns & Bradstreet at 1-800-333-0505 if you do not have a DUNS Number), telephone number and firm?s e-mail address of the person signed the offer. Any questions regarding this notification should be directed to the Contracting Officer or Contract Specialist whose name and number appears herein. Effective January 1, 2005, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) all vendors are required to use the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) for solicitations as a part of the proposal submission. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and monitoring the website for amendments, if any, to the solicitation. All responsive offers from responsible offerors will be considered. Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Women Owned, Hub Zone, Veteran Owned, Service Disable Veteran Owned and 8(a) firms are encouraged to submit proposals. Offers received from concerns that do not qualify as small business will be considered non-responsive and will be rejected.
