- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Rolls Royce PLC for the update and procurement of the following items: Mass Moment Kit, P/N S3S18533000; Grinding Fixture, P/N S3S92498000; Inspection Fixture, P/N S3S92499000; Grinding Fixture, P/N S3S92500000; Inspection Fixture, S3S92501000; Grinding Fixture, P/N S3S92502000; Inspection Fixture, P/N S3S92503000; Grinding Fixture, P/N S3S92504000; Inspection Fixture, P/N S3S92505000; Lifting Eqt. Fixtures, P/N S3S18515000; Lifting Assembly, P/N S3S18507000; No. 4 Bearing Puller, P/N S3S18511000; Bellmouth Screens, P/N RL113453. These drawings are for use with the AV-8B SE Program in support of the F402 engine. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
