- Description
- The Department of the Navy, Military Sealift Fleet Support Command (MSFSC), intends to issue a solicitation, on a competitive basis, to provide service to the Self Contained Breathing Apparatuses (SCBA) onboard MSFSC vessels worldwide. The Government contemplates award of an IDIQ contract(s) for a base period of 1-year, with three 1-year options. The Government estimates performance under the contract commencing on or about 1 June 2007. The RFP will be posted to the MSC contract webpage (www.msc.navy.mil). Interested vendors are encouraged to register under the vendors listing. The follwing specific services shall be provided by the contractor:1) Annual SCBA Service; 2) Visual Inspection and Hydrostatic Test of Cylinders; 3) Fit Testing; and 4) Final Report of Service Provided.
