Description

GovWorks is issuing a Request for Proposal on behalf of the Department of State (DOS), who has a requirement to provide O&M Document Imaging and Technical Support in the automation of work processes and major back-file conversions of official human resources records and information into electronic format using the ePower document imaging and workflow application. This project requires Secret Clearances for all contractor employees. ***The period of performance is a 12 month base period with four (4) 12 month option periods which may be exercised unilaterally by the Government. Place of performance is Washington DC, 20520*** this requirement is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. The resultant award is expected to be a labor hour contract. ***The NAICS code for this requirement is 518210 with a small business size standard of $23 million per year. ***The competitive Request for Proposal (RFP), Statement of Objectives, RFP amendments, and all questions and answers related to this procurement will be made available via the Internet at http://www.govworks.gov/Solic/openmarket.asp under RFP number 1406-04-07-RP-67327 entitled "Document Imaging and Technical Support:". ***The RFP is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about 05 March 2007, and will be available via the Internet at the above web site. ***Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the web site. Interested parties must respond to the RFP in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract. No written solicitation document is available, telephone requests shall not be honored, and no bidders list shall be maintained. Potential offerors are requested to direct all questions via e-mail to Cari.Converse@mms.gov. Ensure the RFP number and project title is referenced on all correspondence.
