In accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation and Subpart 19.10 Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (Public Law 100-656) the National Park Service intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Improve Accessibility at Visitor Center - Shiloh National Military Park, Shiloh, Tennessee. The work consists of general construction of remodeling of restrooms, replacement of lobby counter, and replacement of waterline and hardware upgrades to existing openings. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 236220; the size standard is $31.0 million. Estimated price range: $100,000 - $250,000. Tentative issue date: March 9, 2007. This requirement is a Small Business Set-aside. All interested parties desiring to conduct business with DOI are required to register at the following websites -The Department of Interior's (DOI) National Business Center (NBC) -http://ideasec.nbc.gov/ and the Central Contractor Registration System (CCR) - http://www.ccr.gov.
