- This is a notice of intent of the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC), 2107 17th Street, Suite 68, Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234-5069 to award an interim one year personal services contract for various nursing positions at Brooke Army Medical C enter (BAMC), located in San Antonio, Texas. This reprocurement will be a sole source, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract with fixed price CLINs. Negotiations are to be conducted solely with OMV Medical, Inc., 6940 Carroll Ave., Tokoma Park, MD 20912-4432 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (d)(1)(B), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B). However, any and all interested responsible offerors will be considered. Request for Proposal number W81K04-07-R-0006 will be issued on or about 16 February 2007 and anticipated date of award is 1 April 2007. This is a commercial item procurement and FAR Part 12 will be used. The performance period will be 1 April 2007 through 31 March 2008, with no options.
