Description: This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for all labor, supplies, materials, and equipment necessary to provide two (2) flush deck, welded steel barges (Length 60, Beam 22, Depth 4) for Lock and Dam 52 and 53 (Delivery: Grand Chain, Illinois) in accordan ce with the specifications and drawings issued in the solicitation. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business, NAICS 336611 (1,000 Employees). Award for this procurement will be based on lowest price to the Government. This RFQ has an approx imate issue date on or about 20 February 2007 and a due date on or about 20 March 2007 at 2:00 PM (local time). This RFQ will only be downloadable from the FedTeDS website after the actual issue date. Telephone/Fax requests will not be honored.
