- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Pine Bluff Contracting Division, Pine Bluff, AR has a requirement for the following items: Item 0001 Lumber, YP S4S Grade No 2, Standard 2 x 4 x 10, IAW MM-L-751H, LBR must bear AL S approved grade stamp, moisture content DRY, do not load truck more than 2 BDL high to accommodate post forklift (208/BD), Quantity 1000 ea. Item 0002 Lumber, YP S4S Grade No 2, Standard 2 x 6 x 10, IAW MM-L-751H, LBR must bear ALS approved grade sta mp, moisture content DRY, do not load truck more than 2 BDL high to accommodate post forklift (128/BD), Quantity 1000 ea. Item 0003 Plywood, exterior, ? x 4 x 8, Grade AC, FIR S2S, 3 ply, must bear ALS approved grade stamp IAW FED NHP-530E, FIR accepta ble grade AD as Sub. Do not load truck more than 2 bundles high to accommodate post forklift. Quantity 1000 sheets. Item 0004 Plywood, exterior, ? x 4 x 8, Grade CD, FIR only, S2S, 5 ply, must bear ALS approved grade stamp IAW FED NHP-530E, grade AD acceptable as Sub. Do not load truck more than 2 bundles high to accommodate post forklift, Quantity 500 sheets. All responsible sources may submit a quote that shall be considered by the agency. FOB Destination; Delivery 7 days after date of contra ct award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued.
