- Description
- SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 04 - W91GER-07-R-0004. Joint Contracting Command-Iraq/Afghanistan, Iraq Contracting Operations, Specialized Contracts Division, is issuing, concurrent with this notice, a commercial fixed price Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract for the acquisition of detainee feeding operations at Camp Cropper, Baghdad International Airport (BIAP, Baghdad, Iraq. The contractor will provide trained personnel, management, and staff to execute the required food preparation and delivery service for all detainees, High Value Diet detainees and Iraqi Correctional Officers (ICO). This includes, but is not limited to complete food preparation, loading/unloading of the food transport vehicle/cart, pickup and proper disposal of refuse. The contractor will perform all services and be able to support daily operations seven days per week, to include all official holidays, unless otherwise specified within this SOW. Contractor shall establish all facilities required in the execution of the contract (including but not limited to the kitchen infrastructure, utilities, power generation, life support, by-product disposal etc). The contractor shall arrange for delivery off all consumable components and prepare meals in accordance with guidance provided by the SOW. The solicitation contains the statement of work. Other attachments include the dining facility/kitchen layout and questions and answers from the contractors? site visit conducted on 2 February 2007. Contractors are requested to pay particular attention to solicitation proposal submission instructions.
