Description

Contractor shall furnished all labor, material, equipment, and supervision for the Project Titled: Repairs to Pool Area, Facility 160 at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico in accordance to the Scope of Work. Work includes all repairs at the bottom surface o f swimming pool, deck areas, and water slide and tower. Work includes: Repair an estimated 9000 SF of pool area consisting of resurfacing, repairs, sealing, and applying a fiberglas material with a minimum warranty of 25 years; Repair an estimated 15,300 SF of pool deck area consisting of pressure wash, repairs, sealing crack areas, and painting (non-slip) the entire area; and Repair an estimated 7,300 SF of water slide and stair base consisting of replace joints gaskets, painting and all associated work. Solicitation issued date on or abouts February 27, 2007. Multiple awards is being considered for this procurement in the event a single award is not made.
