- Description
- The Southern AZ VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS) has a requirement for janitorial cleaning services for the Safford Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located in the Bureau of Land Management Building at 711 14th Avenue, Safford AZ 85546 of 1,904 SF. The work includes evening cleaning, and furnishing of cleaning supplies, for the CBOC. The contract period shall be for a base period commencing April 1, 2007, with four additional one-year options, subject to the availability of funds. This requirement will be selected under source selection procedures - FAR Part 15 (Best Value) - where the importance of cost and technical selection factors vary. Past performance is an important part of the technical evaluation. This is a commercial item solicitation under FAR Part 12. The North American Industry Classification System Number (NAICS) for this service is 561720 and Business Size Standard is $15 Million. Classification Code S - Utilities and Housekeeping Services. The solicitation will be released on or about March 1, 2007 and due date is March 26, 2007, by 4:00PM Arizona/MST.
