- The Department of Veterans Affairs Employee Education System (VA-EES) requires support services for the continued deployment and operation of the Content Distribution Network (CDN). CDN is an enterprise system that delivers VA Knowledge Network (VAKN) broadcasts and Content on Demand videos to employee desktops across the Department of Veterans Affairs via IP (Internet Protocol). The required period of performance is one year from date of award. The required services fall into two categories, network support and web application maintenance.
