- UNICOR intends to enter into a 5 year firm fixed price requirements type contract for Glass and Mirror for FCC Allenwood PA. Solicitation number is FN1269-07 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). Items will be various sizes of glass and mirror products to be used in office furniture manufacturing. Specific items, qty?s , specifications will be listed in detail in the solicitation. Delivery of all items will be 21 days for all delivery orders. The minimum delivery order quantity $500.00 for delivery order. Maximum delivery order $5000.00. Variation in quantity +/- 10%. Bidders are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on an all or none basis. Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, Federal Correctional . Bidders shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR Federal Prison Ind., Route 15, 2 Miles N of Allenwood, Allenwood PA 17810 Attn: Tiffani Balestrini, Contract Specialist if sending UPS or Fedex. If sending offers via United States Postal Service please send to UNICOR Federal Prison Industies, PO Box 1500, White Deer, PA 17887 Attn. Tiffani Balestrini, Contract Specialist. This information shall be displayed on the outside of the envelope with the solicitation number and offer closing date. All bidders must complete the Business Management questionnaire in Section L of solicitation document with three references. References must be for same or similar items. All Bidders must complete the ACH form and the CCR Registration, which can be found on UNICOR?s webpage at www.unicor.gov. For the ACH form click on business commercial opportunities, navigate to, procurement forms and click on ACH form and print. For CCR Registration scroll down the page to Central Contractor Registration and complete internet based form. Fax proposals are accepted at 570-547-0371, Attn: Contract Specialist, the fax cover sheet shall reference the solicitation number and offer closing date and time. All bidders must acknowledgment all amendments if any. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: Past Performance, Specification, and price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. The solicitation will be available on Fedbizops at www.eps.gov on or about February 23, 2007. No copies of the solicitation will be mailed. All responsible bidders may submit a quote which will be considered.
