- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY - Federal Prison Industries (FPI), which operates under the trade name UNICOR, is a wholly owned Government Corporation within the Department of Justice, under the Federal Prison System. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a one (1) year base period with (2) two one-year options, if exercised, firm-fixed price requirements contract for t-shirt fabric. Multiple awards may be given. No samples will be furnished. Contractor shall be required to have all materials furnished meet the source sampling procedures contained in the DSCP manual and furnish lab reports from an approved testing lab. The offeror must have the ability to maintain consignment inventory in their facility. THIS IS A DOMESTIC ONLY REQUIREMENT.
