- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Office of Enforcement Programs and Services, Firearms and Explosives Services Division has a requirement for data entry support services in Martinsburg, WV and Atlanta, GA. This requirement will be awarded as a time and materials type contract. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 518210 with a size standard of $23 million. The period of performance for this requirement is one base year and four one-year options. The anticipated award date is May 18, 2007, with an anticipated start date of June 10, 2007. The procurement will be restricted to small businesses certified under the U.S. Business Administration 8 (a) program. Award will be made on a best value basis and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 15 procedures. Uploading of this solicitation in a separate notice will be posted by 4:30PM Tuesday, February 20, 2007 with a response date of Thursday, April 5, 2007.
