- Amendment 0002 is hereby incorporated into Request for Quote (RFQ) number W912JF-07-T-0004 and shall become a part of any resultant contract. 1. Extend the response due date from 10:00 A.M. CDT 22 February 2007 to 10:00 A.M. CDT 5 March 2007. 2. Ad d FAR Provision 52.237-1 Site Visit and include requirement for a site visit to be conducted at Fort Chaffee. A required site visit is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on 22 February 2007. Contractors are required to notify the contracting office by 10:00 A.M. C DT 21 February 2007 to gain access to Fort Chaffee. Site visit will be conducted at the Range Control Office located at Building 7105. The point of contact is Nicholas DeGuire, 501-212-4412.
