- The purpose of this Source Sought Announcement is two fold, to seek information on potential small businesses that can provide the services and to solicit input from industry/government on a Second Draft Performance Work Statement and Draft Evaluatio n Criteria. The requirement is anticipated to be a Fixed-Price contract; services to be performed at Fort McCoy, WI. The NAICS code assigned to the acquisition is 541513 (Computer Facilities Management Services) with a corresponding small business size s tandard of $23.0M. This requirement is for an A-76 Standard Competition for Fort McCoy Directorate of Information Management (DOIM). The Service Provider shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, and any other items and services necessary to perform the following functions: IT Management and Planning Services; Telecommunications Systems Support and Services; Automated Systems Support and Services; and Information Management Services. We are seeking industry and government comments regarding o ur proposed Draft PWS and Evaluation Criteria. Industry/government comments shall be sent in electronic format and emailed by March 5, 2007 to: Ms. Janice Addison, Contracts Specialist, janice.l.addison@us.army.mil . SMALL BUSINESS SOURCES SOUGHT: In add ition to comments on the draft documents, the Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) is also seeking information on potential small businesses that can provide the services. The government desires to gain knowledge of potential qualified small business sources and their size classification (hubzone, 8(a), small, small disadvantaged, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, or large business) relative to NAICS 541513. Small business firms responding should include the following information: size o f company (i.e. 8(a), HubZone, WOSB, SB, Veteran, SDB, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, all others.); number of employees, revenue for the past three (3) years; relevant past performance on same/similar work for the past three (3) years, and your companys capability to do this type of work. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the functional area expertise and experience to successfully compete for the acquisition.
