- Description
- Solicitation Number, SP0406-05-R-1878, RE050330220000, consists of (1) NSN 6810-00-782-6521, Urea, Technical Pellet Form, in accordance with Spec NR DOD-U-10866D, Basic Dtd 04/17/79. Amend NR 3 Dtd 07/19/85. Type Number Class 2. FOB: Destination. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. QAP 002 applies. Requested delivery is 35 days ARO. This is a non-commercial item. This is solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside, and will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract, with one base year plus four option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 3,175(base year), 2,540(option years). The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 635 for the base year only. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Stock delivery going to (SRG) Richmond, VA depot and (AQ5) Tracy, CA. MSDS and Hazardous Warning Label are required. Surge and Sustainment are not required. The solicitation will contain Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) Provision clause. The solicitation will issue on – May 6, 2005 – with a closing date of June 6, 2005.
