- Description
- The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), on behalf of the National Center for Research Resources (NCRR) require the services of a contractor to provide project management and support for the Clinical and Translational Science Awards (CTSA) program. Specific services required under this contract would include: 1) providing Project Management/Executive Secretary support for each of the CTSA Steering Committees and Working Groups; 2) providing a web-based password protected collaborative work space; 3) providing and maintaining a public web site for dissemination of activities and products of the CTSA Steering Committees; 4) providing logistics and meeting support for CTSA Steering Committees, NIH CTSA Subcommittees, and Working Group meetings; 5) providing CTSA Steering Committee technical project support; 6) administration of an independent evaluation and selection process for Clinical Research Informatics projects; and 7) provision of contract closeout and orderly transition to a successor contractor or the Government. It is anticipated that one cost reimbursement contract award will be made for a period of five years beginning on or about September 30, 2007. The solicitation will be available electronically on or about March 2, 2007 and may be accessed through the Internet at the following address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov under the NHLBI posting section. Proposals will be due on or about April 16, 2007. Offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments and for routinely checking the Internet site for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued by the Government. This synopsis does not commit the Government to award a contract.
