- Description
- The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to enter into a contract with The MathWorks Inc., 3 Apple Hill Drive, Natick, MA 01760-2098. The contract shall be for one (1) year maintenance service support renewals on proprietarily developed MathWorks software packages. The MathWorks Inc. is currently the only known source for this maintenance support. The packages include: MATLAB, Simulink, MATLAB Compiler, Control System Toolbox, Gauges Blockset, Signal Processing Blockset, Excel Link, System Identification Toolbox, Image Processing Toolbox, Optimization Toolbox, Real-time Workshop, Simulink Accelerator, Stateflow Coder, Simulink Control Design, Stateflow, Symbolic Math Toolbox, Simulink verification and validation, and Wavelet toolbox. This is for maintenance through 1 Mar 2008. FAR solicitation provisions 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items are applicable to this requirement. No solicitations shall be issued other than this notice. Proposal submissions are due NLT close of business, 21 May 2006.
