- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR WRITTEN INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. In preparation for an anticipated Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract, the Public Buildings Service's Greater Southwest Region Acquisition Services Division (7PMA) of the General Services Administration (GSA) is performing "market research" to determine the availability of small businesses that can potentially perform all of the services found below. The anticipated IDIQ contract will be for thorough fire protection surveys, pre-lease surveys, risk analysis, and related additional services such as advanced training, fire investigations, plan and specification reviews, and final acceptance testing. Services will be performed at facilities owned or leased by GSA in the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Texas. The Contracting Officer will place orders for services as needed. Be advised that services may be requested in multiple locations concurrently. Preliminary research has determined that the applicable NAICS code is 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, with a size limitation expressed as $6.5M in average annual receipts. Interested firms that meet the size limitation stated above must submit an electronic copy of a capability statement outlining their company's capability and capacity to perform the work in all of the five states listed above. In addition, firms must demonstrate that they have the necessary personnel with demonstrated experience, labor, materials, services, equipment, and facilities to support the efforts described above. Interested firms must also provide their business size status in accordance with the Small Business Administration website (www.sba.gov) for the NAICS code they fall within (i.e. small business, 8(a) certified, HUBZone certified, Service Disabled Veteran). Electronic responses shall be limited to ten (10) pages, including attachments, on 8.5" x 11" paper, 12-point font, written in English, and must be formatted in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) or Microsoft Word (.doc) format.
