Description

It is the government's intent to solicit services from Innovative Business Systems (IBS) located at Charlotte Amalie, VI on a sole-source basis for the purpose of acquiring telecommunication (telephone and high speed DSL) services needed for two IRS offices located at the US Virgin Islands of St Thomas and St Croix. IBS is sole provider of required telephone services for the two IRS office locations. Contractor installation of telephone lines and required cabling is to be completed by March 13, 2007. Monthly telephone and DSL services will be required for a period of 12 months. The anticipated award date is February 27, 2007. Written quotes are solicited. Consideration will be given responsible sources submitting written quotation in response to the RFQ, provided clear and convincing information is submitted that demonstrates contractor?s ability to provide required services. This is a small business set-aside.
