- Numbered note 1 applies. This is a small business set aside and Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center ??? San Diego (SPAWARSYSCEN-SAN DIEGO) intends to procure on a competitive basis, a variety of photograph and certificate frames. Solicitations will be provided upon written request. The award resulting from this solicitation will be a Firm Fixed Price purchase order with a base year and two one year options. Pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.5, this acquisition will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures All offers received on or before the due date, will be considered by the government. See attached specifications. All responding vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program prior to award of contract. Information to register to CCR can be found at http://www.ccr.gov. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339999 and the size standard is 500.
