- FISC NNSY Annex intends to procure approximately 1200 cases of paper towels for the first year. The government anticipates awarding a contract for one base year with four (4) one year options. Second year estimates are 1200 cases; Third year estimates are 1200 cases and Fourth year estimates are 1200 cases. This solicitation will be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contract under FAR Part 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Products. The applicable NAICS classification is 322291 with a standard size of 500 employees. All options will be evaluated with the base period. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Receiving Officer, Bldg 276, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. The solicitation number is N00189-07-Q-E003. Quote closing date will be established in solicitation. A certification of Compliance and Certified Test Reports are required. Requests for copies of solicitation will be accepted via email and mail only. Phone and faxed requests will not be honored. While price is a factor in the evaluation of offerors, the final decision will be based on a combination of factors, including historical quality performance of the contractor whose price quotation is being evaluated.
