- The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate prebid questions & responses. The following pre-bid questions and responses are hereby incorporated into the soliciation. Question: Is the craft available for inspection? Response: Yes, it is available on Friday at 0900 at the Naval Base San Diego. Contact Mr. Lehmkuhler at 619-556-6790 (prior to 0730 if you need to obtain base access approval). Question: What size Is the craft? Response: The base of the craft is approximately 20 ft. wide x 40 ft. long.
