- This procurement is for tire repair services for material handling equipment on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. The proposed procurement will be a Total Small Business Set-aside per FAR 52.219-1 and 52.219-6. The NAICS code is 811198, the size standard is $6.0 Million. All eligible and responsible small business sources may submit an offer.
