Description: The Military Sealift Command requests information from potential offerors to operate and maintain one (1) Landing Craft Utility (LCU) or LCU type vessel for a period of 90 days at Naval Base Guantanamo Bay, CUBA. This vessel will be used to transport primarily vehicles, but also passengers. US Citizenship will be required for all contractor personnel.
