- This is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision necessary to perform exotic plant monitoring throughout the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, 15610 Vaughn Road, Brecksville, Ohio. The objectives of this project, but are not limited to, determining early detection of new plant invasions and documentation of the abundance and distribution of established invasive, exotic plants. A full description of all work will be identified in the Request for Quotation. The NAICS codes for this project is 541710. The small business size standard 500 employees. The estimated price range of this project less than $25,000.00. This project will be solicited and awarded in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656. The Request for Quotation, with specifications and drawings, will be posted to websites: http://www.fedbizopps.gov and http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about March 5, 2007. No hard copies of the Request for Quotation package will be mailed or issued. To receive a quote package, you must download it from http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
