Description

This proposed procurement consists of replacing approximately 3,420 square feet of roofing on the Lake Fork apartment building located 24 miles west of Gunnison, Colorado within Curecanti National Recreation Area. Work includes removal and disposal of shake shingles and underlayment and replacing with new underlayment, galvanized steel drip edge, flashing and asphalt shingles. Contractor will have 30 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed to complete project. This procurement is a Total HUB Zone Set Aside. Estimate is for less than $100,000.00. Solicitation will be posted electronically at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about March 5, 2007. Search by referencing solicitation number Q1379070018. Responses are due April 4, 2007.
