- Description
- The Contractor shall provide riparian restoration expertise as required to assist the BLM with continuing work on the National Riparian Service Team (NRST). The NRST is a joint BLM and USDA Forest Service group which serves to optimize riparian management and improvement efforts in the Western states. Contractor expertise shall be used to assist the NRST in efforts such as improving awareness of NRST strategies, development of plans, conducting training and workshops, among other tasks. This is a three-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity services contract not to exceed $350,000. The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Fish and Wildlife Service, National Park Service, USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service and USDA, Forest Service are authorized to issue task orders against this contract. Project sites will primarily be located in the eleven Western States with occasional projects in other locations. Estimated issue date is March 2, 2007.
