- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District intends to award a single source firm fixed price contract to Qwest Corporation, 1801 California Street, Denver, CO 80202-2658 in accordance with FAR 13.101(b)(1) . This procurement will be a base- year plus up to 4 option years contract for T1 telecommunication services between the Walla Walla District Office and the Lower Granite Natural Resources Office located in Clarkston, WA. All responsible sources may submit a response, which if received tim ely, will be considered by the District. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals. Responses received by Feb 27, 2007 at 2:00pm PDT will be considered by the government. Responses can be s ent to the point of contact by email, listed below, or Fax (509) 527-7802. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. The government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this announcement. This award has an unrestricted business size.
