- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for the purchase of commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR13.5, as applicable and as supplemented with additional information included in this not ice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation number W912l5-07-T-0001 is applicable and is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation and incorpora ted provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. Requirement is 100% Unrestricted. The NAIC code is 334519, SIC code 3829.
