- Description
- The Southern Region Contracting Center-East, Fort McPherson, Georgia intends to solicit a contract for Theater Specific Individual Readiness Training and pre-deployment unit collective training in accordance with published training guidance at design ated training sites throughout the Camp Shelby, MS, Area of Operations. This contract will be a Time and Material contract. Scope of Work encompasses execution of training scenarios for units conducting training. Role-Players shall replicate various pos itions and groups of people in possible situations units face during deployments. There are two major types of Role-Players; Civilians on the Battlefield and Foreign Language Speakers. This is a competitive 8a procurement. Competition shall be restricte d to Certified 8a contractors. All other offerors are deemed ineligible to submit offers. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this requirement is 561320 and the Small Business Size Standard is $12.5 million. The awarded T&M Contra ct will be for 244 days, from 1 April 2007 through 31 December 2007. Award will be made to the offeror who submits the proposal that is technically acceptable with a fair and reasonable price. This RFP will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on the Army Single Face to Industry or from the Federal Business Opportunity website at https: acquisition.army.mil asfi on or about 8 March 2007.
