- Requirement for award of a firm-fixed price contract to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to construct a 40 x 90 can recycling shed by Bldg 2222 at Fort McCoy, WI in accordance with the project Scope of Work, specifications, and drawings, and conditions contained in the Invitation for Bid. The term of the contract will be 165 days from the Notice to Proceed. The project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. A 20% bid bond is required. Payment and perfo rmance bonds will be required after award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $31 Million. This Invitation for Bid will be solicited as Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Bus iness Set-Aside. Bidding documents will be available electronically at www.fedbizops.gov on or about 2 March 2007. Telephonic, written, faxed, or electronic request for hard copies of proposal documents will be denied. Interested parties must access the web page for issuance of the Invitation for Bid, associated documents, and any amendments that may be issued. Contractors will NOT be directly notified of amendments. The Bid due date will be approximately 30 days after issuance (initial posting on websi te) as indicated on Invitation for Bid. All bidding forms, bid bonds, and other documents required for bid submittal shall be in paper medium. Electronic submission of proposal documents will NOT be allowed. All responsible Service-Disabled, Veteran-Own ed small business sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered.
