- This is NOT a solicitation or a request for a proposal. This is to notify potential offerors that a requirement for full food services (FFS) at Fort AP Hill is anticipated in the near future. A site visit will be conducted on 28 February at 1:00 p.m. at Bldg P00141, Ft. A.P. Hill, VA. The purpose of the site visit is to familiarize potential offerors with the location and facilities that may be used for any upcoming award. The services will include food service support for Soldiers participating in tr aining exercises, the US Army Reserves, US Army National Reserves, and other military units in and around the surrounding areas in the dining facility, to include six hot meals per week starting on Monday dinner through Thursday breakfast. Noon meal will b e MREs or sack lunches. All interested parties must notify Mike Lyttle via email at mike.lyttle@us.army.mil NLT 26 February 2007 if they would like to attend the site visit. Specific information relating to actual site visit locations and access to AP Hill will be provided via em ail to interested parties.
