- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) numbered W91ZLK-07-T-0286. This solicitation document and the incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2 005-15. Directorate of Installation Operations (DIO) at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD (APG) has a requirement that the delivery of all materials be made within 48 hours after placement of an order. Materials must be available on an as needed basis. Awar d will be made for a not-to-exceed price of $25,000.00. The performance period for this contract is from March 31, 2007 to March 31, 2008. Materials listed for this period of performance are given below. There is no guarantee that DIO will use $25,000. 00 worth of pesticides through the performance period. Interested Offerors shall provide pricing for all the listed materials, failure to provide the required information will result in a non-responsive offer, ineligible for award. Pesticides shall be w ithin shelf life, meet all EPA specification, and conform to material listings. No products will be accepted if the products expiration date has been reached or at the discretion of the Government COR. Current labels and Material Safety Data Sheets shall be provided with all materials delivered. Deliveries are received Monday thru Friday 0800 to 1500 except holidays. This procurement is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business under NAICS 424690 with a size standard of 100 emplo yees.
