Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE A FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT with Unlimited Potential, Inc. UPI will assist chaplains in providing religious support to military service members and their families by sharing the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Chr ist through the medium of football as presented by professional football players. Provide speakers on chapel services, prayer breakfasts, family retreats, couples-marriage enrichment and physical training at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered s olely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued. Note 22 applies, FAR 5.207(f).
