Description

The US Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center (ITEC4) intends to award a sole source purchase order with Ampio Management Consulting, 326 Ellis Lane, West Chester, PA 19380-5173. The cont ractor shall provide Enterprise Risk Assessment Methodology (ERAM) and Business Capability Life-Cycle (BCL) expertise. The primary objective of this purchase order is to define and institutionalize a Business Investment Management Framework for the Busine ss Transformation Agency and the major tasking of the order is to develop, test and institutionalize proven concepts such as the Enterprise Risk Assesement Methodology (ERAM) and Business Capability Lifecycle (BCL) to improve acquisition management process outcomes for the Business Mission Area (BMA) Major Automated Information Systems. General personnel qualifications include: Experience in Government, Commercial IT and ERAM programs of a variety of types including ERP implementation, custom software dev elopment and other COTS package implementations; Understanding of the organizational dynamics and communication requirements of teams (over 15 people); Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; Strong interviewing skills; Strong interpersonal skills; Strong business writing skills; Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and Experience in the IT or some combination of risk assessment and IT industries.
