- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is F2VV207018A100-1. The 6th Contracting Squadron, MacDill AFB, Tampa, Florida, requires ONE, 12-Month LEASE for: One Portable facility/trailer to serve as a storage, issue, shipping and receiving point for equipment utilized by US CENTCOM J2 at MacDill AFB FL and overseas: Contract Line Item Number (CLIN 0001), Size: Approximately 2,500 Square Feet (30ft. wide by 85ft. long), with 1 Personnel door, size 30 inches wide X 80 inches high (on the east side of the facility/trailer), with lock and 4 keys; 1 Oversize Warehouse Door, size 72 inches wide X 80 inches high (same side of facility as personnel door), with lock and 4 keys; Windows: N/A; Climate-Controlled: Yes, Ability to maintain approximate temperature of 72-76 degrees Fahrenheit for sensitive computer equipment; 1 Bathroom (sink and toilet) connected to base sewage system; Water Hookup, Yes; Electricity, Yes, 110V connected to base electrical system; Telephone, Yes, at least 5 hookups; Office Space, Space for four (4) workstations (including furniture, computers, phones, file cabinets and photocopier; Stairs to provide personnel access to facility, Yes; Warehouse ramp for removal and placement of equipment in facility, Yes; Location: MacDill AFB, FL, inside the fence in a controlled area. The 12-month lease shall be invoiced on a monthly basis. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-14, effective 22 Nov 06. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 531120. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 6512 with a small business size of $6M. A Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded. DESCRIPTION: The work covered by this contract consists of, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all parts, labor, services, tools, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation necessary to provide and install CLIN 0001 above.
