- This acquisition is a 100% set-side for small business. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 115116 and Standard Industry Classification (SIC Code) 0762, with a small business size standard of $6.5 million. The Government is soliciting for the award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The project consists of furnishing all necessary animals, labor, supervision, materials, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, equipment, other items and services to remove the majority of invasive vegetative species by goat grazing as described in the statement of work in the attached solicitation and the attached map. The work will be accomplished at F.E. Warren AFB, Laramie County, WY and work will commence on or about 15 May 2007. Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A site visit is scheduled on 21 February 2007, at 02:00 PM, in the 90th Contracting Squadron main conference room to give solicitors a chance to accomplish a site visit and ask questions. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov. Contractors must also submit their representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at https://orca.bpn.gov. If required, amendments to this solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPS at http://www.fbo.gov. The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
